Rates for Self Haulers:
Small Load = $19.89 (tax included)
Medium Load = $28.78 (tax included)
Large Load = $63.33 per ton (plus tax)
**Bridgewater Township has enacted a host fee on all garbage and demolition effective January 1, 2008. Fee includes $3.33 per ton of garbage and $.75 per ton of demolition.
ACCEPTED Material
- Household refuse (food, diapers, etc.)
- Green treated wood
- Asbestos (with 24-hour notice)
- Railroad ties
- Furniture
- All carpet and backing
- Empty dried paint cans (remove lids)
- New construction material
NOT ACCEPTED Material
- Recyclables
- Paints or any hazardous waste
- Yard waste
- Pallets
- Tires
- Appliances
- Ashes in barrels
**Loads containing any unacceptable material will be subject to a $100.00 fine.
**All loads must be covered and have the tailgate up. A $10.00 fine will be assessed for failure to follow this rule.
