Victim/Witness Program Survey

The Rice County Victim/Witness Program would like to get your input on the services you have received.  Please take this quick 10 question survey to let us know how we are doing.

Victim Experience Survey

The Rice County Sexual Assault Multidisciplinary Action Response Team (SMART) has developed a survey for individuals (ages 18 and older) who have experienced sexual assault: rape, sexual contact, exposing, incest, obscene phone calls, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation by professions.  The anonymous survey asks for information about the services received from Rice County agencies.  Individuals who did not access services are also encouraged to complete the survey.

Further information is available on the survey cover page.  Individual respones will in no way affect the services an individual is currently utilizing or utilizes in the future.  The confidential survey responses will be used to improve sexual assault response services in Rice County.

The Rice County SMART is a collaboration of many different organizations within Rice County that serve the needs of sexual assault victims, and not an official agency of the Rice County government.
