Sheriff Administration
The Sheriff’s Administration is comprised of the Sheriff, his Chief Deputy, an Emergency Manager, a Jail Administrator and Assistant, two Administrative Assistants and eight line staff supervisors who take some administrative assignments. The Rice County Sheriff’s Office subscribes to the Total Quality Management business model thereby flattening the hierarchal management structure giving more responsibility, decision-making authority and ownership to a greater number of internal stakeholders.
