Long Term Care
Rice County Public Health provides long-term care consultation services and care coordination services for persons age 65 and over, in additional to personal care assistant (PCA) screenings. Long term care services are designated to support elderly persons in their efforts to remain living as independently in the community as possible.

Rice County is fortunate to have a wide variety of long-term care resources for its residents.

Educational Programs for Caregivers
Rice County Public Health, in partnership with the Faribault Senior Center, will offer educational programs of interest which are open to our contracted vendors and the public, at no cost to the attendees. Please contact the Faribault Senior Center for detailed information about the programs. Individuals are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities offered here in Rice County at no charge.
