Rice County is seeking campground hosts for the 2013 camping season at McCullough Park Campground on Shields Lake near Faribault, MN. Host benefits include a free camping site and negotiated monetary compensation in exchange for duties that may include camper registration, cleaning, mowing and light grounds work. Department Overview
The Parks & Facilities Department plans, manages and conducts the physical operation, maintenance and capital renewal of Rice County buildings, parks and other facilities.
The mission of the Parks & Facilities Department is to operate and maintain Rice County facilities efficiently in support of the optimum health, safety and productivity of Rice County employees and citizens. This department also operates and maintains parks that facilitate outdoor recreational activities and the enjoyment of the natural environment of Rice County.
